Overview
Ceenex LC is a small business independent management and technology advisory firm, that focuses on resources development and optimal deployment. We are a private Virginia based company that has a sister company, Ceenex (Pty) Ltd, based in South Africa.
Ceenex resources, as a work team, have worked together since 1994 and have extensive international experience in the Governments, Utilities and Private Sector consulting assignments. Primary competencies include strategy delivery, business engineering (systems, processes, structuring and resourcing), information management, systems and technology. Our statement of qualifications covers more than 130 assignments, including the design and implementation of an Information Infrastructure Business Plan for a large city, development of a Catchment Information Management Decision Support System (CIMDSS) for large utility and the development and deployment a sector transformation plan for a regional water and sewer services utility, as well as simulation and modeling decision support for capital development for mines.
