Our vision is to become the preferred RSP (resources services provider) for the mission critical business needs of domain industries.  Our target domain includes the following Industries: Government, Utilities (Water, Power and Telco), Regulatory and Agency Institutions, Engineering and Construction, Mining and Environmental Resources, Financial Sector and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME).

As an independent resource provider we focus on business engineering, development consulting, project and program management, and information engineering .

Our business engineering efforts focuses on strategy & change, business analysis, modeling, simulation and optimization. Deliverables include business strategies, turnarounds, business rescue, design and development of new business ventures as well as modeling, simulation and optimization of business and industrial systems.

Our development consulting experience focuses on natural, financial and human resources development.  Qualifications span internationally with a strong focus on Southern African capital development projects.  Our strategic focus supported by diverse expertise has provided significant value to projects undertaken to date.

Our project and program management experience is extensive. Our Team has over the years managed large and complex projects and programs to completion. Projects of significance include large mining projects, utility infrastructure, especially water and waste and asset management transfers.

Our information engineering qualifications include design and development of information infrastructure strategies, specification and procurement management of ERP systems, design of object based financial transaction systems, portal based business intelligence and command control systems. We add value by supporting businesses and projects to optimize their investments in information communication and technology (ICT).
