| Name: Rolf Ferdinand Kieck Designation: Director Experience: 24 years Qualifications: Pr Eng; BSc. Eng. (Civil) Mr. Kieck is a professional engineer with more than 24 years work experience. Nine years experience was gained in the Department of Agricultural Engineering, Sub-Directorate for Key Soil Conservation Works, which included the management of the design office, the running of satellite construction centers and project managing up to 12 construction teams. This work entailed the design and construction of arch weir, mass gravity, multi-buttress wall and earth wall dams, drop inlet structures, soil drainage and water ways. He has a further 14 years experience in Local Government, water services utility establishment and management, the operations of water services for a Regional Water Utility Public Entity which has included assignments for refurbishing, upgrading and expanding old and new water services infrastructure throughout the area of Northern Kwa Zulu Natal. Projects included the National award winning rural Limehill Complex scheme, the leadership as CEO for setting up a multi-jurisdictional water services provider and role as Executive Director Operations to deploy a major refurbishment infrastructure program.
